Who We Are
Hand for Help Organization (HHO) was established in February 2023 by youth activists in Sudan, specifically in South Darfur, to improve and upgrade communities and contribute to development. HHO is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization based in Sudan, aiming to improve humanitarian services and address gaps between community-based organizations and NGOs.

Impact Stories
International Day of Persons with Disabilities
A message that says people with disabilities have rights just like anyone else, and they have abilities and talents that can change the world if given the opportunity and support.
Awareness session on gender-based violence
Hand for Help organization held an awareness session on gender-based violence, and will be follow by psychosocial support sessions in locality of Nyala North, Al-Salam north, neighborhood, followed by a training course.
